What happens if something goes wrong with the tool in production?
We take every precaution to avoid warranty issues. However, if we need tooling work done in the UK, Liondell has approved toolmaking partners who will collect and repair the tool. Should new tooling inserts or components be required, we can manufacture them at the original supplier or supply any standard components directly from the UK or European mould base/components sources.
If there is an issue related to tool manufacture within the tool life warranty, repairs will be free of charge. *
